These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Riches Forever (the “Platform”), including any content, features, and services provided through our website and mobile applications.
By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies referenced here, such as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “Platform” means the Riches Forever website, mobile apps, and related services.

• “Tasker” or “Earner” means a User who signs up to complete tasks and earn rewards or payments.

• “Client”, “Requester” or “Task Poster” means a User who posts tasks or offers rewards for task completion.

• “Tasks” means any activity, job, micro‑task, offer, or assignment listed on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least the minimum legal age required in your country to enter into a binding contract.

• Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.

The Platform may restrict or disable access in certain countries or regions if required by law or for business reasons.

4. User accounts

You must create an Account to access most features of the Platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

• You agree not to share your Account, sell it, or allow any other person to use it on your behalf.

• You must notify Riches Forever immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or a security breach.

Riches Forever may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Use of the platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate task requirements, payment systems, or security features.

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, or violates the rights of others.

• Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform, including by introducing viruses or malicious code.

Riches Forever reserves the right to investigate and take any appropriate action (including Account suspension or termination) if misuse is suspected.

6. Tasks and responsibilities

Riches Forever acts as an intermediary that connects Taskers and Clients. Riches Forever does not directly create, manage, or control most Tasks.

6.1 For Taskers / Earners

• You are responsible for reading and following all instructions for each Task you choose to complete.

• You must submit honest, accurate, and complete work, and provide any requested proof of completion (such as screenshots or links).

• You agree that failure to follow instructions or submitting false or low‑quality work may result in rejection and loss of the related reward, and may affect your Account status.

Riches Forever may, but is not obligated to, review or remove Tasks that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Earnings, payments, and withdrawals

7.1 Earnings

For Taskers, earnings are generated when you successfully complete Tasks and your work is approved by the Client or by Riches Forever’s review process.

• The reward amount for each Task is displayed before you accept it.

• Earnings are credited to your Account balance once the Task is marked as approved.

• Pending, approved, and rejected statuses may be shown separately in your dashboard.
  
  

7.2 Withdrawals

• You may request withdrawal of available earnings when your balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold set by Riches Forever.

• Available withdrawal methods (such as bank transfer, mobile money, online wallets, or gift cards) may vary by country and may change over time.

• Processing times and potential fees depend on the chosen withdrawal method and payment provider.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Riches Forever is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by you.

7.3 Fees and charges

Riches Forever may charge service or processing fees to Taskers, Clients, or both, which may be deducted from posted amounts or withdrawals.
Any applicable fees will be disclosed in your Account or at the point of payment or withdrawal where possible.

7.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations and reporting requirements related to your use of the Platform and any income you earn.
Riches Forever does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for your failure to comply with applicable tax laws.

8. Cancellations, rejections, and disputes

8.1 Task review and rejection

• Clients or Riches Forever may review Task submissions to verify that all instructions have been followed.

• If a submission does not meet the requirements, it may be rejected, and no payment will be owed for that Task.

• Where possible, a brief reason for rejection may be provided.
  
  

8.2 Disputes

If you disagree with a decision (such as a rejection or a payment issue), you may open a dispute through the support or help center, if this feature is available.

• You may be asked to provide additional evidence or explanation.

• Riches Forever will review the dispute and make a final decision, which may include upholding or reversing the original decision.

• Riches Forever’s decision in dispute cases is generally final.
  
  

9. Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating multiple Accounts for the same person.

• Using false identities or misleading information.

• Engaging in fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to obtain unearned rewards.

• Circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other means, where this violates our policies.

• Encouraging others to break these Terms or to abuse the Platform.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of earnings, and possible reporting to authorities where required.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated:

• Riches Forever, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Riches Forever and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content unless expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, but you grant Riches Forever a license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the Platform and its services.

11. Privacy

Your use of Riches Forever is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12. Third‑party services

• Riches Forever does not guarantee any particular level of earnings, number of available Tasks, or outcomes from using the Platform.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Riches Forever and its owners, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

• The total liability of Riches Forever for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be limited to the amount you have earned or paid through the Platform in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riches Forever, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
